Making Santa Cookies!

Yesterday my sister-in-laws and I got all the kids together to make cookies for Santa! The kids had a blast. Hope especially loved stamping the cookies as you can see.....Oh...and eating the toppings! It was a really fun day for the kids, and Santa is just going to LOVE these cookies!!!

Story Time

We had been cleaning the house the whole morning...and for a few minutes I couldn't fine Hope. Sure enough I found her in the kitchen, keeping bubby company. He had been napping, but I guess he had woke up and there she was. I asked her what she was doing and she told me "dory". Which in Hopie language that traslates to story. I thought it was precious that she was sitting next to him talking up a storm. She really loves her brother!

Looks like Alden loves the elmo chair just as much as Hope does! Surprisingly she wasn't too upset that he was in it...but after about 3 minutes she decided that he had spend enough time in her chair.

Christmas Tree

With the holidays just around the corner...the Huber House is in a constant state of motion!! With our families living 3 hours apart, our holidays are always rushed and I never feel like we get to really enjoy our christmas tree. So I put it up early this year! Honestly today was the only time I had to do it. Hope and Alden will have their picture with it soon. And I know the stockings are not on the fireplace just yet, but I havn't quite found those! Anyways, I just thought everyone might like to see what the christmas decor looks like!

Happy Birthday Hope

I am in total disbelief that Hope is already 2 years old!!! It seems like just last week we celebrated her 1st Birthday...and the week before that she was born. Its sad how fast kids grow up. They don't stay babies for very long. :( Hope had a very good day. She was very excited to see all of her family, but asked where MiMi and PopPop were. We will be celebrating with MiMi and PopPop next weekend was the answer I gave her...and she said ME???? Party???? LOL so I guess we are having a mini party next weekend also! Any ways these are the pictures from the party! I put a lot on for my mother to see...so pardon there being soooo many!!! Enjoy!

Happy Halloween 2008

Halloween was a success yet again this year! Alden was a penguin and Hope was a bee!! They were both adorable, and very good! The weather was wonderful for trick or treating, and Hope really cleaned up this year! She was thrilled to see all the candy she had gotten at the end of the evening! She sure loves chocolate!

Into the candy and we hadn't even left the house yet!

I don't think Alden truly enjoyed his costume! But it was so adorable!
