Update

So, nothing new has really been happening...just work work work for Alex and I...the kids have been really healthy/happy little babies! Both Alex and I are fighting colds right now! BOOOO!!! I also have had some recent chest pain and have a cardiologist appointment this friday. Our dr. thinks there is nothing seriously wrong, but has sent me just for precautionary measures. I also may or maynot have a hypothyroid! I think I am just falling apart!!! :)
Now for the kiddos! Hope is sassy as ever! And today that is the best word that I can find to describe her! SASSY! Her vocabulary and sentance building is coming right along. We are working on counting past 4 and saying all of the ABC's. Potty Training has taking a turn in the right direction! She is going #2 more often than not...and #1 when she remembers! Sometimes she is just way too involved to remember to go. Alden is just booming with personality these days! He now says dada on command...which makes Alex just as happy as a peacock. He also is crawling...kind of! And I mean kind of because he goes backwards...not forward! He just scoots around but backwards. He is still a big boy...doesn't skip any meals!
Well we hope this update finds everyone well and hopefully out enjoying this wonderful weather we are having these past few days!

Love, The Hubers!

Hope Isabelle

Hope is so active now that it is very hard to get her to hold still for a decent picture...so I did the best I could!!
Uncle Bric and Mandi came to visit us yesterday!! Hope loved the company.

Pictures of Alden Scott Max

It is so hard to believe that he is really 7 months old now! Alden is bubbling over with personality, and is on the brink of crawling! He is a very happy baby....until he gets hungry! :)

I think he looks just like his dad in this picture!

He sits alone!

Look at Alden Scotts new trick!!!

He is still kind of wobbly and falls over when he isn't paying attention to the fact that no one is around to help hold him up, but he is learning!!

The Band of Daddy and Hopie

So Alex got out the old guitar and graced us with a mini concert tonight. Hope disappeared suddenly and then reappeared with her instrument. It was a beautiful show! Wish everyone could have heard it!!

Children Children Children

These are just pictures of the kids taken the other night. Hope had wanted a snack...so I took Alden into the kitchen to sit and chat with the 2 of them...they are such sweet children. I am truly blessed to have 2 wonderful babies!

Tree Down at 615 Mels Dr.

Here wre the trees out front. I didn't even get to take pictures of the back. Out by the lake is horrible! Alex has a lot of work to do!!!

Snow Day!!

So all the snow came...and Hope was just amazed with it. She begged me to go outside...so we bundled up and out we went. She had no idea what to think of all of it. The 1st thing she did was take her mittens off and touch it...then kick it with her boot...and then tried to run. She had a blast for the 30 min. we were out. The pics are totally not in order...but you get the point!Touching the snow for the 1st time!

She could get lost out there!!

This was her favorite part!!

I asked her to smile...this is what I got.

1st steps!

LOL yes bubby is in purple...but it was all we could find..and he had to have something on.

Babies in their Jammies!

Okay, so I have more pictures but the camera died before I was able to download them all. Anyways here a few...as promised. The kids had just had their dinner and baths...but of coarse Hope was hungry again so she had some peanut butter then Alden was jealous so hope decided to give him some of his bottle. She is such a loving sister!!!
Neither one would smile....and like usual Hope with a dirty face...that she wouldn't let us clean. I think she is saving it for later.

Here we are!!!

Okay so The Huber family has not fallen off the face of the earth...but we have been very busy. I am working 40 hours a week instead of 30....so that means four 10 hour days. I am totally exhausted by the end of the day. So I have taken some pictures....not a lot though, but havn't quite had the energy to post them. I promise new pictures up by the end of the weekend! So what has been happening??? EVERYTHING. Alden has had a couple ear infections...that hasn't been pretty. I am really praying that we can go a couple months without another so the tube situation stays an arm length away. He also has gotten his first 2 teeth. He is growing like a weed! SERIOUSLY!! He is in the 95% for his weight and OFF THE CHART for his height. LOL :) This momma thinks she is going to have a very tall son. I stood Hope and Alden back to back and he is measuring up to her shoulders! Hope is getting to be very talkative! It seems like she is able to say a new word everyday! And most of them come right out of the blue. She is really trying hard to speak in sentences...and using words in the right context. The potty discussion has taken a turn for the worse, but I keep reminding myself that she is only 2 and just turned 2 so I shouldn't push her too hard. She also has began to attend my bible study with me. She has only been to one class, but absolutely loved it and was totally worn out by the end of our time there. Alex and I are doing great. Between keeping the kids' schedule down...giving baths...feeding children and going to work....we are just keeping ourselves busy busy busy!!! We really miss seeing everyone and hope we can all get together soon!! Love to everyone! Be Safe!!!
